Here at Fremo, customer satisfaction is always important to us, and we want you to enjoy the purchase. If you would like to return your product for a refund, please review the Return Policy below to ensure all of the conditions are met. If you discover what you believe to be a product defect, please refer to the products’ Limited Warranty and follow its procedures. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed.

Return

Fremo offers a 30-day money back guarantee for goods purchased directly from Fremo official website. We are confident that you will love your new Fremo product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product and confirm the validity, we will issue the refund for you.

To return an item, please contact us via email at [email protected] during our normal business hours. In order to return your product under the 30-day return policy, please check that:

You have purchased the product directly from Fremo website. You contact Fremo and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date. The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new condition, and be accompanied with a return authorization number.

Return requirements
  • Within 30 days from the original shipment date.
  • No major scratches or paint chips. Any attempt to hide scratches will result in refund deduction.
  • Depending on the product(s)’ condition, a restocking fee of 10 – 30% will be charged. Orders outside the continental United States may charge a restocking fee of up to 50%.
  • All the return orders freight will be on customers’ own account.
How to Return an Item

To return an item you’ll need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Fremo will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.

Process for Returning Produce
  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
    All returns must have an RMA number for processing. You can get an RMA form by contacting us at [email protected].

  2. Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package.
    RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to Fremo. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.
Refund

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If the return is rejected due to not meeting the terms of this policy, we will hold the product until you provide payment for the shipment of the product back to you. We will only hold rejected returns for 30 days from the date we receive the product back from you.

Please note:

  1. Express shipping cost is non-refundable at all times.
  2. Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items are considered as final-sale and cannot be refunded.
Order Cancellations

Order processing starts within 24 hours of receipt of your payments, our fulfillment center begins to pack your order at this time. This means item handling costs are incurred for your order. We may not be able to cancel your order free of charge if the parcel has been packed for shipping. Please make sure your order is confirmed before you hit the submit button. Cancellation within 24 hours before shipment is subject to a 5% handling charge. Cancellation of orders after shipment, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.

Orders in the following situations cannot be canceled:

1.In-transit items. The shipping carrier may take it from our fulfillment center while you cancel it, and we cannot recall the package en route.

2.Bulk orders with customized specifications cannot be canceled if production has been initiated.

Order Modifications

1.If your order has already been shipped and your shipping address needs to be edited for any reason, we will try our best to accommodate and a $30 redirecting fee will apply;

2.Order processing starts within 24 hours of receipt of your payments, however, you will not be charged any fees to add additional items to your order, change items any time to the order processing state.
